The 90 Second Keto Bread | Low Carb Bread Recipe

Ingredients: (Serving Size for 1)

3 TBSP – SHIFT Blend Flour (Get Flour Blend Here.)

1 Tsp – Baking Powder

1 TBSP – Shredded Mozzarella

1 TBSP – Coconut Oil

1 Egg

Directions:

  1. Whisk all ingredients together.
  2. Pour into a bun-diameter-sized shallow baking dish that’s been lined with some coconut oil to prevent sticking.
  3. Microwave 90 seconds.
  4. Carefully (hot!) remove from microwave and flip the dish upside down. The 90 second keto bread bun should pop out easily.
  5. Let the bread cool for a few minutes.
  6. Then slice the 90 second keto bread horizontally.
Macronutrient Breakdown:
Fat – 38g
Protein – 18g
Carbohydrate – 3.6g

Ratio – 56 : 4 / 14 : 1

 This recipe is simple and quick. From the ingredients above you get a single serving, low carb bread that works great for holding the nutritious contents of breakfast, lunch and dinner sandwiches.
